Carol Fritz - Office Manager
Carol has been with MNCC since the year 2000! As the Office Manager, she keeps all aspects of the front office running like a well-oiled machine. If you have a question or concern, she is quick to listen and work toward a timely solution. She considers herself a girl scout for life and applies her ‘can-do’ attitude toward any daily challenge. She is a cancer survivor with a heart of compassion to all dealing with health issues. Carol spends a great deal of time outside the office volunteering her time to help others. She leads as she serves, buying groceries for those who cannot drive and mowing yards for the elderly.
When not at the MNCC, she appreciates every opportunity to spend time with her cowboy husband, Howard. They enjoy a ranch-like kind of fun…. Riding horses, cooking, completing home projects, attending church and going on adventures out west.
Kim came to MNCC from the sun-scorched south! She considers herself a transplanted Texan, now that she’s fallen in love with the four seasons of Missouri. She has an amazing attention to detail, but one of her biggest strengths is the ability to put patients at ease and make them feel like family. She wholeheartedly believes we have the best patients, ever! Kim finds great joy helping someone in need, whether it is simply listening to them with an open ear or helping them decipher an insurance question.
She has so much fun here with patients and staff that it’s really hard to say this is work. When not at the MNCC, she enjoys spending time with her husband Mike. They enjoy the simple things in life….yard work, home repair projects and just sitting and enjoying Mother Nature at her best.
Kim said, “I’ve met so many nice, friendly folks here and have felt right at home from the start. So thanks, ya’ll, for making me feel welcome!”
